About me: I work offshore and overseas so sometimes I can't reply to messages for quite some time on occasion, it's not personal. I also likely won't add you unless you have multiple uploads. Also if you don't even have an a profile picture I likely won't even read your message as a priority until I eventually get around to it. If you can't be bothered to upload a profile pic you most likely haven't uploaded any content either.
